Payroll/ Receptionist A. TECHNICAL: Ensures that Business Office tasks are done correctly and on schedule, such as payroll, Staffing Reports, new hire/termination documentation, and Balance Turn Sheets. Initiate and maintain personnel files as required. Complete Month End Reports. Process incoming and outgoing mail; including sorting, distributing, forwarding, and preparing mail. Greets visitors, answers phones, and ensures a professional atmosphere in the reception area. B. ADMINISTRATIVE: Prepares and retains files and reports according to policies and procedures.
