CA-Long Beach, Overview: Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Clerk assists customers with transit trip planning and other information by telephone, e-mail, and in-person. Responsibilities include assisting with promotional programs, staffing the Transit Information Center in downtown Long Beach and the reception area of Long Beach Transit’s (LBT) administrative office.
