Sacramento area The Apartment Maintenance Tech and the Supervisor roll is to have experience in apartment turnover, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and general maintenance. HVAC experience is a plus. Maintenance Tech & Supervisor must have own hand tools. Both positions perform a number of tasks, including carpentry, electrical, refurbishing, painting, and sheet rock repairs.
